After 3 delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 21 days from dispatch date, whichever is earlier, your parcel will be returned to us in Singapore.
Store Credit will be processed after the parcel has been received in our warehouse and the return fees will be deducted from the Store Credit before it is issued to your account.
