Please give us a chance to fix this - drop us a message here within 30 days from the date of delivery with the following information:
1. Your Order Reference (e.g LBMYXXXXXXXXX)
2. The product code of the item you have ordered
3. The product code of the item you have received
Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take.
For incorrect item/s received, you'll be sent a return postage label to return your order via CollectCo. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags on.
We recommend returning defecting items only via CollectCo, as any charges incurred for using other modes of delivery won't be reimbursed*.
