For points earned before 8 Aug 2022, your points will be reset to be valid from 8 Aug 2022 (regardless of when you earned these points) and will expire at the end of the month, after a 12-month period from 8 Aug 2022, which is 31 Aug 2023.
For points earned on or after 8 Aug 2022, they will expire at the end of the month after a 12-month period. The above applies to all LBCommunity+ members, no matter what loyalty tier you’re currently at.
For example, if you earned 300 points on 1 Jun 2022 and 20 points on 10 Jun 2022, your point total of 320 points will expire on 31 Aug 2023.
For example, if you earned 300 points on 8 Sep 2022 and 20 points on 10 Sep 2022, your point total of 320 points will expire on 30 Sep 2023.
